Flip Bros
About Flip Bros
Flip Bros is a local two-player fighting game built around one core mechanic: performing flips to attack your opponent. Both players share a single keyboard — Player 1 uses WASD and Player 2 uses arrow keys — and the goal is to land enough hits to drain the opponent's health bar before time runs out. Rounds are quick, usually under two minutes, which makes back-to-back rematches the natural rhythm.
The combat rewards commitment. A fully committed aerial flip deals noticeably more damage than a grounded shove, but a failed jump leaves you wide open mid-air. The stages add environmental hazards — crumbling platforms, bouncy floors, moving ledges — that force both players to manage the arena as much as each other. No two fights play out identically because the arena keeps shifting the risk calculation.
How to Win Consistently
Watch your opponent's jump timing rather than their position. Most players telegraph an attack by jumping slightly before committing, and intercepting that jump with your own flip deals bonus counter-damage. Use hazards aggressively — forcing someone into a corner near a crumbling edge is more effective than chasing them around an open platform. Three wins trigger the victory screen, so a full best-of-five match takes five to eight minutes.
