FNF B-Sides is one of the most polished Friday Night Funkin' mods in the community, offering re-imagined remixes of every song from the base game's seven weeks. Each track is rebuilt from scratch with a new musical direction — some go harder and faster, others take a synthwave or lo-fi approach to a familiar melody. The result is a mod that works as both a companion piece to the original and a standalone musical experience.

The charts are redesigned to match each remix's new feel. Slower remix tracks get gentler charts that let you focus on the music; harder, faster remixes push chart density up correspondingly. The visual presentation keeps the base game's art direction but adds colour-shifted backgrounds and adjusted animations that match the new sound of each week.
