About Football Masters

Football Masters is a skill-based football game where 1v1 and 2v2 matches take place on a small pitch with larger-than-life player physics. Players jump significantly higher than in realistic football games, the ball bounces with exaggerated arc, and overhead kicks and bicycle kicks are performed with a single button rather than requiring complex controller sequences. The skill gap comes from reading the exaggerated trajectories accurately and positioning your player at the right intercept point at the right time.

The game includes a full tournament mode with qualifying rounds leading to a final, customisable team selection, and a two-player mode on a shared keyboard. The AI difficulty scales reasonably — early tournament rounds give you time to adjust to the physics before opponents start exploiting the same high-trajectory mechanics the player can use.

High-Trajectory Tactics

At high jump apex your goalkeeper AI has the most trouble reaching shots. Corner kick situations where you can lob a ball to the far post and bicycle kick before it drops are the highest-percentage scoring opportunities the physics allow. Against the hardest AI opponents, constant pressure and early jump timing to win heading duels is more effective than trying to run the ball on the ground, where the AI's flat defensive line is most effective.
