You hire employees, unlock departments, automate revenue streams, and invest in R&D to develop new product lines — all while the company continues generating income even when you're not actively clicking. The idle mechanics mean significant progress happens between sessions, and each return to the game reveals accumulated revenue and unlocked upgrades to spend.

The game's progression is structured around funding rounds. Each funding tier unlocks a new department alongside a significant revenue multiplier. The challenge is identifying which departments to prioritise — early game, sales and marketing generate the fastest raw income; mid-game, R&D multipliers become significantly more valuable than additional sales headcount.

Optimal Progression

The most common mistake is hiring too many employees in one department before automating. Manager hires are relatively expensive but allow a department to generate income without your active involvement — an automated low-producing department is worth more over time than a manual high-producing one you have to keep clicking. Invest in the first manager for each department before adding additional regular employees, then automate the whole operation and check back after genuinely idle time has accumulated.
