About Geometry Dash

Geometry Dash is the adrenaline-pumping rhythm-based platformer that has become one of the most recognisable mobile/web games ever made. As a geometric cube (or ship, ball, UFO, wave…), you must navigate a series of deadly obstacles — all perfectly synced to an electrifying EDM soundtrack.

Every spike, saw, and gravity portal is placed to the beat. Mastering a level feels as much like learning a song as it does completing a platform challenge. With hundreds of official and user-created levels, the game never runs out of content.

How to Play

Tap or press Space/Up Arrow to jump. Hold to fly in Ship mode. Your character moves forward automatically — your only job is to time your actions to avoid obstacles. One hit and you restart the level from the beginning.

Pay attention to the background music — the rhythm is your roadmap. Most obstacle patterns repeat in sync with the beat, so listening carefully is just as important as watching your character.

Tips & Strategies

Resist the urge to rage-quit. Each attempt teaches you the pattern. Count the beats aloud if it helps — obstacles land on specific beats every time. Practice Mode is not cheating; it's how most players learn hard levels.

Watch a full run of a level on mute first to memorise the obstacle layout, then play with audio to lock in the rhythm timing. This two-step method drastically reduces practice time.
